Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAPGEFL1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAPGEFL1 data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher RAPGEFL1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAPGEFL1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LSCC are the cancer types where RAPGEFL1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
