RAPGEFL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAPGEFL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,654 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAPGEFL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLA1A, OR51B2, and FAM210B. Each is linked with RAPGEFL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPGEFL1-to-partner and partner-to-RAPGEFL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAPGEFL1 versus PLA1A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAPGEFL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAPGEFL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
