Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAPGEF6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAPGEF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Notch1, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with RAPGEF6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPGEF6-to-partner and partner-to-RAPGEF6 results are reported.
