Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAPGEF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,500 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAPGEF6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule organizing center organization, Phosphatidylinositol metabolic process, and Microtubule polymerization. Each is linked with RAPGEF6 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPGEF6-to-partner and partner-to-RAPGEF6 results are reported.
