RAPGEF5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAPGEF5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,915 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAPGEF5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAPGEF5_S225, TMEM214, and PRDX4. Each is linked with RAPGEF5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPGEF5-to-partner and partner-to-RAPGEF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAPGEF5 versus RAPGEF5_S225 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAPGEF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAPGEF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
