RAPGEF5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAPGEF5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,853 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAPGEF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRDD1, HNRNPH3P1, and MIR4675. Each is linked with RAPGEF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPGEF5-to-partner and partner-to-RAPGEF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRDD1 grouped by RAPGEF5-low versus RAPGEF5-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAPGEF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAPGEF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
