The most reproducible RAPGEF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, Annexin-1, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with RAPGEF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPGEF5-to-partner and partner-to-RAPGEF5 results are reported.
