Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAPGEF5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 167 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAPGEF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are EFCC1, TBX22, and CDKN1C. Each is linked with RAPGEF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPGEF5-to-partner and partner-to-RAPGEF5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EFCC1 grouped by RAPGEF5-low versus RAPGEF5-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAPGEF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAPGEF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
