RAPGEF4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAPGEF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,468 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAPGEF4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VAMP8, RASIP1, and PEAK1. Each is linked with RAPGEF4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPGEF4-to-partner and partner-to-RAPGEF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAPGEF4 versus VAMP8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAPGEF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAPGEF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
