Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAPGEF4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,540 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAPGEF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEK, MYCT1, and EMCN. Each is linked with RAPGEF4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPGEF4-to-partner and partner-to-RAPGEF4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAPGEF4 versus TEK in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAPGEF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAPGEF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
