RAPGEF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAPGEF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,501 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAPGEF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OIP5, TLE6, and NDUFA6. Each is linked with RAPGEF4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPGEF4-to-partner and partner-to-RAPGEF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OIP5 grouped by RAPGEF4-low versus RAPGEF4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAPGEF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAPGEF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
