RAPGEF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAPGEF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAPGEF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TDGF1, IQCF1, and HPGDS. Each is linked with RAPGEF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPGEF4-to-partner and partner-to-RAPGEF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TDGF1 grouped by RAPGEF4-low versus RAPGEF4-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAPGEF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAPGEF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
