Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAPGEF4-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RAPGEF4-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher RAPGEF4-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAPGEF4-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and PAAD show a favorable association.

MESO, KIRP, and KICH are the cancer types where RAPGEF4-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
