RAPGEF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAPGEF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,047 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAPGEF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM33, RPL23AP82, and TRAJ43. Each is linked with RAPGEF3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPGEF3-to-partner and partner-to-RAPGEF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAM33 grouped by RAPGEF3-low versus RAPGEF3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAPGEF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAPGEF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
