Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAPGEF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,142 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAPGEF3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of angiogenesis, Regulation of vasculature development, and Vertebrate eye-specific patterning. Each is linked with RAPGEF3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPGEF3-to-partner and partner-to-RAPGEF3 results are reported.
