RAPGEF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAPGEF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,131 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAPGEF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL5, NOP2, and RPL26. Each is linked with RAPGEF2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPGEF2-to-partner and partner-to-RAPGEF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAPGEF2 versus RPL5 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAPGEF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAPGEF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
