Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAPGEF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,482 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAPGEF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEK2, RDM1, and RFC5. Each is linked with RAPGEF2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPGEF2-to-partner and partner-to-RAPGEF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAPGEF2 versus NEK2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAPGEF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAPGEF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
