RAPGEF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAPGEF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,927 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAPGEF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND3P7, ASB12, and R3HCC1. Each is linked with RAPGEF2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPGEF2-to-partner and partner-to-RAPGEF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND3P7 grouped by RAPGEF2-low versus RAPGEF2-high in OV.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAPGEF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAPGEF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
