RAPGEF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAPGEF2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAPGEF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and INPP4B. Each is linked with RAPGEF2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPGEF2-to-partner and partner-to-RAPGEF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by RAPGEF2-low versus RAPGEF2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAPGEF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAPGEF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
