Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAPGEF1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAPGEF1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RAPGEF1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAPGEF1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SCLC show a favorable association.

BRCA, CESC, and LUSC are the cancer types where RAPGEF1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
