Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAPGEF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,157 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAPGEF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are CTP salvage, Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with RAPGEF1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPGEF1-to-partner and partner-to-RAPGEF1 results are reported.
