RAPGEF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAPGEF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 112 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAPGEF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GH2, DEFA6, and SIGLECL1. Each is linked with RAPGEF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPGEF1-to-partner and partner-to-RAPGEF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GH2 grouped by RAPGEF1-low versus RAPGEF1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAPGEF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAPGEF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
