Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAP2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,209 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAP2C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMD10, WDR44, and PHPT1. Each is linked with RAP2C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP2C-to-partner and partner-to-RAP2C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAP2C versus PSMD10 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAP2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAP2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
