Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAP2C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,377 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAP2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFP14, GK-AS1, and FAM214B. Each is linked with RAP2C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP2C-to-partner and partner-to-RAP2C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAP2C versus ZFP14 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAP2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAP2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
