RAP2C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAP2C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAP2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with RAP2C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP2C-to-partner and partner-to-RAP2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by RAP2C-low versus RAP2C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAP2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAP2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
