Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAP2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,452 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAP2C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of endothelial intestinal barrier, Negative regulation of organelle assembly, and Regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with RAP2C in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP2C-to-partner and partner-to-RAP2C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Establishment of endothelial intestinal barrier grouped by RAP2C-low versus RAP2C-high in BREAST.
