RAP2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAP2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,151 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAP2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CEP170, POGLUT2, and RCN3. Each is linked with RAP2A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP2A-to-partner and partner-to-RAP2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAP2A versus CEP170 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAP2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAP2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
