RAP2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAP2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 183 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAP2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-44P, PPP1R26P5, and RNU7-56P. Each is linked with RAP2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP2A-to-partner and partner-to-RAP2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-44P grouped by RAP2A-low versus RAP2A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAP2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAP2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
