Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAP1GAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,682 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAP1GAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAP1GAP2_S507, RAP1GAP2_S558, and YWHAE. Each is linked with RAP1GAP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP1GAP2-to-partner and partner-to-RAP1GAP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAP1GAP2 versus RAP1GAP2_S507 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
