Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAP1GAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAP1GAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PEA-15_pS116, Caspase-8, and Chk1. Each is linked with RAP1GAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP1GAP2-to-partner and partner-to-RAP1GAP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PEA-15_pS116 grouped by RAP1GAP2-low versus RAP1GAP2-high in COAD.
