Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAP1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,741 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAP1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPL47, CAPZA1, and CAPZB. Each is linked with RAP1A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP1A-to-partner and partner-to-RAP1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAP1A versus MRPL47 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAP1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAP1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
