RAP1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAP1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAP1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, EGFR_pY1068, and EGFR_pY1173. Each is linked with RAP1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAP1A-to-partner and partner-to-RAP1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by RAP1A-low versus RAP1A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAP1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAP1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
