RANP7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RANP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,831 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RANP7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTNNA1, CTNND1, and PKP4. Each is linked with RANP7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RANP7-to-partner and partner-to-RANP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RANP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RANP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
