RANP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RANP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,798 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RANP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VCL_Y822, PHPT1, and UTP15. Each is linked with RANP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RANP2-to-partner and partner-to-RANP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RANP2 versus VCL_Y822 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RANP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RANP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
