Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RANGRF Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RANGRF data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RANGRF Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RANGRF expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LGG, and PRAD are the cancer types where RANGRF Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
