Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RANGAP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RANGAP1 data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher RANGAP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RANGAP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
PAAD, SARC, and BRCA are the cancer types where RANGAP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
