RANGAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RANGAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,330 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RANGAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCAPD2, RRM2, and UHRF1. Each is linked with RANGAP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RANGAP1-to-partner and partner-to-RANGAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RANGAP1 versus NCAPD2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RANGAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RANGAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
