Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RANGAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,987 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RANGAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOMM22, KLF2, and NCAPG. Each is linked with RANGAP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RANGAP1-to-partner and partner-to-RANGAP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RANGAP1 versus TOMM22 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RANGAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RANGAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
