RANGAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RANGAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,258 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RANGAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCSK1N, MED31, and CEP78. Each is linked with RANGAP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RANGAP1-to-partner and partner-to-RANGAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCSK1N grouped by RANGAP1-low versus RANGAP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RANGAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RANGAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
