Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RANBP3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RANBP3 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher RANBP3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RANBP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where RANBP3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
