Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RANBP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,578 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RANBP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-57P, TCERG1L-AS1, and PCAT19. Each is linked with RANBP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RANBP3-to-partner and partner-to-RANBP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-57P grouped by RANBP3-low versus RANBP3-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RANBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RANBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
