RANBP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RANBP3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RANBP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, ATM, and Beclin. Each is linked with RANBP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RANBP3-to-partner and partner-to-RANBP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by RANBP3-low versus RANBP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RANBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RANBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
