Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RANBP20P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RANBP20P expression is associated with patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RANBP20P is differentially expressed in 8, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Additionally, RANBP20P RNA expression shows 8,339 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in PAAD. Together, these results highlight KICH, BLCA, and PAAD as cancer lineages where RANBP20P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
