RANBP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RANBP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,489 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RANBP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TSN, MEF2C_S240, and MTDH_S426. Each is linked with RANBP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RANBP2-to-partner and partner-to-RANBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RANBP2 versus TSN in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RANBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RANBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
