RANBP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RANBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 550 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RANBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINA12, MPC1L, and SYCP1. Each is linked with RANBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RANBP2-to-partner and partner-to-RANBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERPINA12 grouped by RANBP2-low versus RANBP2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RANBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RANBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
