Across TCGA patient cohorts, RANBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22,642 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RANBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPM, PAICS, and DSCC1. Each is linked with RANBP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RANBP1-to-partner and partner-to-RANBP1 results are reported.
