Across TCGA cell cohorts, RANBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,520 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RANBP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of chromosome condensation, Spindle elongation, and DNA replication initiation. Each is linked with RANBP1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RANBP1-to-partner and partner-to-RANBP1 results are reported.
