RAN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,064 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM5, CDK1, and DDX21_S89. Each is linked with RAN in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAN-to-partner and partner-to-RAN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAN versus MCM5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
