Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,135 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAN-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZCCHC24, PGAM5, and DDX55. Each is linked with RAN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAN-to-partner and partner-to-RAN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAN versus ZCCHC24 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
