Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 204 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6846, LINC02348, and RNA5SP414. Each is linked with RAN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAN-to-partner and partner-to-RAN results are reported.
